Take time to breathe! Research shows that one of the best things to do to alleviate stress is to take some deep breaths. Take in one soothing, deep, calm breath, and say to yourself “breathe in calm, peace, and joy.” As you slowly and gently release the exhalation, mentally say ‘breath out everything that does not serve me today.” Repeat this as you breathe in and out three times. One conscious breath is meditation. Any moment can become a chance to relax!
